Returns & Exchanges
If you have ordered a product that you wish to return or exchange please return it within 30 days of receipt. All products returned must be in new, resalable condition including their package and any promotional items that were included.
Before returning any product, please contact us to get a Return Authorization Number. Such returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

When you use our Professional Hoof Boot Fitting Service, we guarantee fit. This means that once you receive your hoof boots, you have 10 days to make sure they fit. If you need to exchange them within that time, for another size, we will exchange them free of charge and cover all shipping costs. When you first receive your new boots, please be sure to only try on one boot with a clean hoof on a clean surface before using the boots. If they obviously don’t fit, please contact us right away. If it takes a few rides, or days in the paddock to find they don’t fit, as long it’s within 10ish days, that’s okay too! Your horse’s comfort is our top priority.
If you do not use our Fitting Service, our regular return policy applies to all Hoof Boot purchases.
Hoof Boot Trade-in
If you have a pair of used hoof boots that no longer fit, or you are past the 30 day return policy mark, please contact us to find out how much your boots are worth. Your trade-in may bring down the cost of your new boots. Contact us for more details.
