REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

If you have ordered a product that you wish to return or exchange, please return it within 30 days of receipt. All products returned must be in new, resalable condition including their package and any promotional items that were included.

Before returning any product, please contact us for authorization and instructions. Such returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Special Order 

Special order products are typically items that we order in and are final sale. We are unable to issue refunds or accept exchanges on special order items.  

Hoof Boot Trade-in

If you have a pair of used hoof boots that no longer fit, or you are past the 30 day return policy mark, please contact us to find out how much your boots are worth. Your trade-in may bring down the cost of your new boots. Contact us for more details.
